Adequate parking for two vehicles. Vehicles pulling trailers with "toys" can park across the street at the city park. 

Digital door code is emailed to guest along with other check-in information 3 days prior to arrival date. Check-in time is after 4pm. Check-out is before 10am. Exceptions to this must be agreed upon 24 hours in advance, in writing.

We live just down the street so are available to address any needs you may have with the home or property immediately upon being made aware of them. 

Home is suitable for four persons including children age 8 and older. Additional day guests are permitted with prior notification to home owner.

The home is not suitable for young children. Children must be age eight or older. 

Due to severe allergies, we do not allow animals. 

We have 1GB fiber optic internet service. Our plan is a business plan, giving our connection  priority service. 

April and George fell in love with Kanab traveling through on their way to an art show. They never imagined they would live in the quaint, beautiful town. 
 
George has been a professional Artist Blacksmith for over 25 years. April hand crafts protective leather aprons and manages both businesses. In 2014, George was offered a seasonal opportunity to perform public blacksmith demonstrations outside the east entrance into Zion National Park. Near the end of the second season, George and April found they didn't want to return their remote, ranching corner of New Mexico. 
 
Their home in New Mexico sold quickly which, in turn, meant they had to quickly find a home in Kanab, a very hot and limited real estate market. When they looked at this property with two homes on it, they decided they would share Kanab's beauty with others by hosting a vacation rental. 
 
They enjoy riding four wheelers, hiking and kayaking- all perfect pass times for the area.
